My reminder didn't fire — what gives?
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Lot Bot and make sure notifications are allowed. If they are, also check Focus / Do Not Disturb — those mute everything regardless of app permission. Inside Lot Bot, open Settings and confirm "Reminder notifications" is toggled on.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone, period. Lot Bot uses local storage and never sends your customer data, photos, or notes anywhere. There's no server, no account, no cloud sync. If you delete the app, your data is gone — back it up via Settings → Export CSV first if you need to.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Yes. On the old phone, go to Settings → Export CSV and save the file somewhere you can access from the new phone (email, AirDrop, iCloud Drive). Direct import is on the roadmap.
How do I reset everything?
Settings → Reset all data. This wipes every customer, touch, and reminder on this device. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a backup.
Tap-to-call or tap-to-text isn't working.
Make sure the customer's phone number is filled in. iOS routes the tap to your default dialer (Phone) and SMS app (Messages); if either is restricted by Screen Time, the link won't work.
Can I use Lot Bot on multiple devices?
Right now each device is independent — there's no sync. Use CSV export to move data manually if needed.
