Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Lot Bot does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your data. Everything you put into the app — customers, photos, notes, reminders, deals, settings — is stored only on your device. We have no server, no account system, and no analytics.

Information We Collect

None. Lot Bot does not collect personal information from you.

What Stays on Your Device

• Customer info you enter (name, phone, source, notes, photos)
• Your touch history (texted, called, no-answer)
• Follow-up reminders you schedule
• Deals you log and your pay-plan settings
• App preferences (notification toggle, reminder defaults)

This data lives in your phone's local storage. It is not uploaded to any server, not shared with us, and not shared with any third party.

Permissions

Lot Bot may request the following iOS permissions:

• Camera — only when you tap to take a customer photo. The photo is saved locally to your device.
• Photo Library — only when you tap to pick an existing photo for a customer. Selected photos are saved locally to your device.
• Notifications — used to deliver follow-up reminders you schedule. All scheduling happens on-device; no server is involved.

What We Don't Do

• No analytics or telemetry
• No ads or ad networks
• No third-party trackers or SDKs that phone home
• No accounts or sign-in
• No cloud sync
• No marketing emails (we don't have your email)

Phone Number Linking

When you tap a customer's phone number to call or text, iOS opens your default dialer or messaging app. That action happens entirely on your device through standard iOS handlers. Lot Bot does not see, log, or transmit the call or message content.

Data Export and Deletion

You can export all of your Lot Bot data as a CSV file at any time from Settings > Export CSV. You can wipe everything from Settings > Reset all data, or by uninstalling the app. There is no cloud copy to delete because there was never a cloud copy.

Children's Privacy

Lot Bot is intended for use by adults (car salespeople and similar professionals). We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, of any age, because we do not collect data at all.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top.
